Responsibilities:

As a Partner Program Marketing Specialist at Porter Capital, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding our company’s financial services and brand to effectively represent it in marketing materials.
  • Crafting compelling copy and engaging graphic designs for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, direct mail, case studies, advertising, and more.
  • Staying up to date on the latest marketing tactics and trends to infuse creativity into our strategies and campaigns.
  • Managing the conception and execution of marketing campaigns, programs, and events to continuously improve our connection with current and potential strategic partners.
  • Articulating and positioning the benefits of our financial solutions and partner program membership to current and potential partners.
  • Leading joint messaging and co-branded content development with partners, including blogs, webinars, solution briefs, and presentation decks.
  • Preparing creative content for the sales team to explain and promote our partnership program, joint campaigns, networking events, and additional activities with partners.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of partner business strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborating closely with team members in both sales and marketing to enhance communication and efficiency.
  • Managing data updates in our customer relationship management and marketing platforms.
  • Learning and utilizing various software tools for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Establishing and reporting on key performance metrics for our partner marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience using various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
  • Proficiency in using Canva for graphic design purposes.
